1. How to delete your KuCoin TR account via KuCoin TR App?

 1. 1 Open the KuCoin TR account settings menu by selecting the icon in the top left within your KuCoin TR App.

 1.2 Click on “Security” under account settings menu. 

 1.3 Click on "delete Account"

 1.4 Carefully read an agree with all the consequences

 1.5 Please check your account balance, and click " I accept the following agreement on abandonment of assets"

1.6 Finish security verification base on your account setting, and proceed to the next step to select the reason

1.7 Click "Next" to proceed to the security verification page, then delete your account 

 

2. How to delete your KuCoin TR account via web?

 2.1 Log in your KuCoin TR account, click on your avatar, drop down the settings menu in the top right of the KuCoin TR Website. 

 2.2 Click on “Account Security”, you will  "Delete Account", then Click on "Delete"

 2.3 Carefully review the information presented at the page. Once you’ve read and understood the KuCoin account deletion terms and conditions, select “I fully understand and accept the consequences” and click  “Delete Account” button. 

 2.4 Please select or fill in the reason why you are deleting your account, then click "Continue" button

 2.5 Finish security verification base on your account setting, click "Delete Account" button to deactivate your account

 

Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once you’ve completed the account deletion process, your account cannot be recovered and you will be unable to use any of its associated services. Please check the reminders on the page carefully.
