You can update your login password from the App via the following steps.

1. Change Login Password (When signed in) 

Step 1: Open KuCoin TR APP or Web, navigate to your avatar on App or Profile on Web, click on Security.

Step 2: Then select Change next to Login Password: 

Step 3: Input your current password, set and confirm your new password, and click on Change to finalize the update. 

Step 4: Your new password is now changed successfully. 

2. Forgot Login Password (When unable to log in) 

If you forget your login password and account security setting(s), simply follow the steps below:

Step 1:  Go to the KuCoin TR login page (via App or Web) and enter your registered E-mail address or phone number.

 

Step 2: Click on "Forgot password?" and confirm "Reset Password"

   

 

Step 3: Proceed with security verification. If you have lost access to certain security settings that prevent you from changing your login password, you may click "verification method unavailable" to submit a request. 

 

 

Note:

 

a. If your account is registered with phone number only, you may be required to link your account with email address.

 

b. Please note that the withdrawal service will be suspended for the next 24 hours after resetting the phone number.

 

c. The review may take 48 hours to be completed
